Materials: pen, waterbrush, watercolor pencil, colored pencil, oil pastel, x-acto knife, eraser

I choose a color pencil for my next drawing tool. I’m just filling things in freely, no details.

I switched to Oil pastel. The color pencil wasn’t feeling right. I wanted more texture in my drawing

3) I’m starting to bring out the image a little more at this stage using a HB graphite pencil.

You can use a eraser to blend, or take away some of the oil pastel.

A watercolor pencil can be used as a dry media, or with a wet brush for a more painterly approach.
