Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Salt + Pepper
Wash squash, cut in half & scoop out seeds.
Cut squash into 1-1/2” cubes.
Add 1 Tbsp avocado oil, toss. Salt & pepper.
Spread on foil lined baking sheet. Roast @ 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Use hot or cold. Keeps for 1 week in refrigerator.
Roast chicken breast. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness between plastic wrap.
On a foil lined baking pan season chicken on both sides. Add additional seasoning as desired.
Roast in 400 degree oven for 15-20 min or until cooked through. Let rest 10 min before slicing.
Cook grain per package instructions, using bone broth instead of water.
Use warm or cold (Farro pictured). Can be kept for 1 week in refrigerator.
