What you’ll need
Steal Cut Oatmeal
Banana (frozen optional)
Labrada Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder
Dried Fruit, Chopped (optional)
Brown Sugar (optional)
Spray a small crockpot with nonstick.
Mix 1 cup of water or milk with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
Combine ingredients in the crockpot.
Cook for 1.5 - 2 hours.
